One of many board games based on the phenomenal Frank Herbert series, Dune: Imperium—Uprising is one of the best of the lot, sitting at #10 in Board Game Geek’s game rankings. Combining worker-placement with deck-building and fulfilling contracts on the desert planet of Arrakis. It’s an efficiency puzzle not quite as complex as the novels, but just as satisfying.
